Trial Preparation

We will have an experienced investigator work with your trial attorneys in preparing your case for trial. We will either come to your office and review the file in its entirety or you can send us copies of the pertinent information of the file. We will then prepare and serve all necessary subpoenas and make arrangements for your doctors and witnesses to testify, leaving your attorneys to focus on the more important aspects of the trial. When the trial is ready to be tried in court, we follow up to make sure all subpoenaed records are in Court.
